Gravy Vegetarjan

• Basla hamra kbira mqatta’
• 3 gdur mqatta’
• 3 zkuk tal-krafes imqatta’
• 115 g faqqiegh imqatta’ fi tnejn
• 2 sinniet tewm
• 90ml jew 6 imgharef zejt tas-sunflower
• Litru u nofs stokk tal-haxix jew ilma
• 45 ml jew 3imgharef soy sauce
• Niskata kbira zokkor, melh u bzar iswed



Metodu

Sajjar il-haxix u t-tewm fuq shana moderata fiz-zejt f’tagen kbir, waqt li thawwad sakemm isiru kulur kannella dehbi (madwar 15-20 minuta).
Zid l-istokk jew ilma u s-soy sauce u imbaghad hallihom jaghlu. Ghattihom u hallihom itektku ghal madwar 20 minuta ohra.
Ghaddi kollox minn liquidizer , zid ftit stokk u erga itfaghhom fit-tagen billi b’mgharfa tal-injam jew il-warrani tal-kuccarun tghaddihom minn passatur.
Duq u zid il-bzar u l-melh u niskata zokkor. Iffriza nofs il-gravy u sahhan in-nofs l-iehor biex isservih mal-Loaf tal-Ghazz u l-Lewz.

Nota personali: Ta’ min jesperimenta jnaqqas l-ammont ta’ bajd li fiha din ir-ricetta. Mill-esperjenza taghna, bosta drabi tghaddi b’ ferm inqas mill-ammont tar-ricetta.
