• Basla kbira 115g faqqiegh
• 50 g jew 4 mgharef butir jew margerine
• 10 ml jew zewg kuccarini mild curry powder
• 30 ml jew nofs mgharfa kecap tat-tadam
• 30 ml jew 2 mgharef Worchester sauce
• Bajda mhabbta (jekk trid) ;
• 10 ml jew 2 kuccarini jew inqas melh
• 60ml jew 4 mgharef tursin frisk mqatta’;
• 150ml jew kwart ta’ pinta ilma



Metodu

Xarrab l-ghazz ghal madwar siegha fl-ilma u imbaghad saffi sew. Idhan il-lewz irqiq sew (imma mhux izzejjed) go food processor u poggihom fil-gemb.

Sahhan il-forn sa 190 grad C; mark tal-gass 5
Sa dan it-tant hallat l-ghazz mal-lewz, mal-haxix u l-kecap, il-Worcester sauce, il-bajda, melh, tursin u l-ilma.
