Trajfil tal-Frott

Ingredjenti - Ghal 4-6 persuni

Ghall-ispang tal-harrub

• 115g (4oz) margerin
• 85g (3oz)zokkor muscovado hafif u fin
• 2 bajd (jew uza is-sostitut )
• 85g (3oz) dqiq wholemeal mgharbul
• 25g trab tal-harrub (carob powder)
• 7.5ml (1½ imgharef) baking powder

Ghat trajfil

• 90ml (6imgharef) meraq tat-tuffieh
• 15-30 ml (1-2 imgharef) liquer tall apricot jew banana (jekk trid)
• 2 tuffiehat tal-ikel, imqatta’ bil-qoxra
• Banana kbira imqatta
• Zewg laringiet imfellin u mqattghin kbar
• Nofs pineapple imqatta kjubs
• Ftit gheneb maqsum min-nofs
• 55g (2oz) tamal frisk u mqatta’
• 55g (2oz) gellewz imqatta’
• 115g (4oz) whipping cream (bhal hopla jew hulala)
• 115g (4oz) jogurt (jista jkun vegan)
• Flieli tal-laring, kjubs tal-pineapple u frakk tac-cikkulata biex izzejjen



Metodu

Hawwad il-margerin u z-zokkor flimkien go skutella sakemm isuru cari u imfarrka.
Habbat il-bajd (jew is-sostitut) u dahhalhom bil-mod mad-dqiq, it-trab tal-harrub u l-baking powder.
Ferraghhom go zewg dixxijiet u illixxa l-wicc u ahmi go forn imsahhan minn qabel f’temperatra ta’ 180ºC/350ºF/marka tal-gass 5 ghal madwar 20 minut, sakemm isuru kannella dehebi u joghlew.
Aqlibhom fuq stand tal-wijer biex jikshu.
Poggi wahda mill-ispangijiet fil-qiegh tal-dixx tat-trajfil u ferra’ il-meraq tat-tuffieghfuqhom. Poggihom fil-gemb ghal nofs siegha.
Roxx fuqhom il-liquer, u irranga il-frott u l-gellewz fuqhom biex tiksi l-wicc kollu.
Habbat il-cream go skutella sakemm tieqaf u zidilha l-jogurt.
Ferra’ u iksi l-frott kollu.
Iddisinja l-wicc b’furketta u kessah fil-frigg. Qabel ma sservi zejjen bil-flieli tal-laring, pineapple, u frakk tac-cikkulata.
Irrepeti bl-ispong l-iehor.
