Lazanja Ratatoulle

Ingredjenti - Ghal 4-6 persuni

• 6 strixxi lazanja hadra jew wholemeal
• 2-3 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
• 2 basliet imqattghin irqieq
• 2 sinniet tewm midhunin
• Brungiela kbira imqatta’ kjubs
• Qarghabala imqatta roti roti irqaq
• Bzaru ahdar imqatta’
• 400g/14oz tadam tal-bott jew frisk imqatta’
• 2-3imgharef kunserva
• Ftit stokk tal-haxix
• (melh) u bzar isswed midhun frisk
• 40g 1½oz gobon paresan mahkuk jew frakk tal-hobz
• Ftit tursin biex izzejjen
• Sos abjad (white sause)
• 25g/1oz margerin
• 25g/1oz dqiq wholemeal
• 280ml ½pinta halib jew halib tas-soja



Metodu

Sahhan il-forn minn qabel ghal temperatura ta’ madwar 180ºC /350ºF/marka tal-gass 5.
Sajjar il-lazanja fil-mishun (bi ftit melh) ghal madwar kwarta. Ghaddashom f’borma ilma kiesah biex ma jsirux iwahhlu jew imsajra izzejjed.
Sahhan iz-zejt u qalli l-basla u t-tewm sakemm jirtabu
Zid il-brungiel, qarghabala, il-bzar ahdar u tektek sakemm jirtabu.
Zid it-tadam u l-kunserva u tektek sakemm ikunu saru; jista’ jkollok bzonn izzid ftit stokk.
Zid il-bzar (u l-melh) u poggihom fil-genb.
Aghmel is-sos abjad billi iddewweb il-margerin go kazzola, zid id-dqiq u sajjar billi thawwad bil-mod il-hin kollu.
Zid il-halib (jew halib tas-soya) waqt li tkompli thawwad il-hin kollu. Meta jaghli halih itektek 5 minuti sakemm jaghqad.
Dellek id-dixx bil-margerin. Aghmel ftit zalza fil-qiegh tad-dixx u ifrexx fuqu saff lazanja ftit sos abjad u kompli ibni saff fuq iehor sakemm tispicca bis-sos abjad fil-wicc.
Hokk ftit gobon jew frakk tal-hobz fil-wicc biex jihmar. Ahmi ghal madwar 35minuta
Qabel ma sservi zejjen bi ftit Tursin.
