Soppa tar-Ross Selvagg

Ingredjenti

• 50g/2oz ross selvagg
• 420ml/¾ pinta ilma
• 2 basliet imqattghin
• Mgharfa margerin
• 2 zkuk tal-karfus imqattghin irqieq
• ½ imgharfa saghtar
• ½ imgharfa salvja
• 850ml 1 ½ pinta stokk tal-haxix jew ilm
• 2 imgharef stokk tal-haxix jew nofs kjub
• Mgharfa shoyu
• 3 patatiet zghar imqaxxrin u mqattghin kjubs
• ½ bzaru ahdar
• Zunnarija mqatta kjubs



Metodu

Ghalli r-ross u hallih itektek ghal madwar 40 minuta sakemm jismen u jixrob hafna mill-ilma.
Qalli l-basla fil-margerin sakem issir trasparenti.
Zid il-karfus, is-saghtar, is-salvja u sajjar ghal 5-10minuti.
Zid l-ilma, l-istokk jew kjub tal-haxix u l-patata.
Hallihom itektku ghal madwar 20minuta jew sakemm issir il-patata.
Ibblendja t-tahlita go blender sakemm issir lixxa.
Erga’ itfa’ t-tahlita fil-borma, zid iz-zunnarija u r-ross.
Sahhan bil-mod u servi.
Tista’ zzid xi frakk tal-lewz fil-wicc qabel mas-servi
