• Flixkun (pinta) halib jew halib tas-soya

Ghall-krema tan-nofs ghandek bzonn

• Pakkett HOPLA jew HULALA*
• Zewg imgharef halib
• 3 imgharef coconuts
• Ftit vermouth

* Il-Hulala huwa prodott kopletament minghajr prodotti tal-halib



Metodu

Gharbel id-dqiq, il-baking powder u l-carob powder fi skutella.
F'kazzola zghira, holl il-margarine, iz-zokkor u l-molasses fuq nhar baxx waqt li thawwad. Meta l-butir u z-zokkor ikunu dabu, nehhi minn fuq in-nar.
Itfa' t-tahlita tal-margarine fuq id-dqiq, zid il-halib u hawwad sew b'imgharfa ta' l-injam sakemm it-tahlita tillixxa sew u tigi ratba (qisha tahlita ta'l-ispang).
Itfa' t-tahlita go dixx li jkun midluk bil-margarine u ahmi f'forn marka tal-gas 3 ghal madwar siegha.
