• Bott polpa,
• 4 tadamiet kbar,
• 10 zebbugiet suwed,
• Erba qlub tal-qaqocc,
• 6 sinniet tewm,
• Habaq mqatta,
• Merqtux mqatta,
• 2 mgharef tursin
• Zejt taz-zebbuga,
• Bzar u melh.



Metodu

Aqli it-tewm mal brungiel u l-bzar.
Wara xi hames minuti zid il-polpa, u halli kollox fuq nar bghati ghal xi ghaxar minuti.
Wara zid iz-zebbug, it-tadam u l-qlub tal-qaqocc.
Kompli sajjar ghal xi hames minuti. Nehhi minn fuq in-nar u zid il-hxejjex aromatici.
Saffi l-ghagin u hawwad maz-zalza.
Servi bi ftit gobon parmiggjan fil-wicc, jew inkella biz-zerriegha tal-prinjol nkaljata.
