Bzar Ahmar Mimli Bl-Ghazz Ahmar - (Ricetta Indjana)

Ingredjenti

• 2/3 ta' kikkra ghazz ahmar
• 4 mgharef zejt
• 4 bzariet hodor imdaqqsa
• Kuccarina zerriegha tal-kemmun
• 2 basliet imqatta'
• 2 chillies hodor
• 1 bicca (madwar 25mm) ginger mahkuk
• Imgharfa kosbor midhun
• Kikkra u kwart ilma
• Bzar u melh
• 2 imgharef silantro jew kosbor imqatta



Metodu

Lahlah l-ghazz u xarrabhom ghal 30 minuta.
Sahhan nofs iz-zejt go tagen naqra fond. ?id il-b?ar u sajjar ghal 5 minuti sakemm isir kannella dehbi. Saffi u hallih jikshu.
Zid il-kumplament taz-zejt ma' dak tat-tagen.
Sajjar il-kemmun sakem jibdew ifaqqghu.
Zid il-basal u c-chillies u sajjar ghal 8 minuti.
Zid u hawwad il-ginger u l-kosbor.
Saffi l-ghazz u zidhom mat-tagen bl-ilma; hawwad sew u ghattihom. Sajjarhom ghal bejn 15 u 20 minuta sakemm il-likwidu jevapora.
Zid il-bzar u l-melh, is-silantro jew tursin.
Aqta l-bicca ta' fuq tal-bzar u nehhilhom iz-zerriegha. Imlihom bit-tahlita u erga ghattihom. Poggihom go dixx u ahmi fil-forn f'temperatura ta' 350 F ghal 15 il-minuta.
