• 3 brungiliet imdaqqsa
• Basla kbira
• Zewg sinniet tewm imqatta rqieq
• Zewg imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
• Ftit habaq frisk
• Nofs kuccarina kosbor
• Nofs kuccarina turmeric
• Kuccarina oregano
• Dada tal-haxix
• 50 g sweet corn
• Zewg tadamiet imqatta cubes
• Nofs pakkett Kuskus (tal-hwawar)
• 100 g soya mince tal-friza



Metodu

Aqsam il-brungiel mit-tul, u nehhi ta' gewwa u qattghu fi cubes u roxx il-melh fuqhom u hallihom xi nofs siegha.
Lahlahhom sew u ghalli l-brungiel ghalihom u l-gewwieni ghalih ghal 10 minuti. Nehhi minn fuq in-nar u saffi.
Xarrab il-kuskus fi ftit mishun ghal madwar 20 minuta.
Qalli l-basal u t-tewm fiz-zejt taz-zebbuga.
Zid il-hwawar, u l-kumplament tal-haxix.
Holl id-dada tal-haxix fi ftit mishun u zida mal-mili.
Ftit qabel ma jsir il-mili, itfa' l-kuskus li tkun xarrabt u hawwad. Hallih ghal madwar 20 minuta.
Imla l-brungiel u roxx ftit gobon mahkuk fil-wicc u ahmi fil-grill sakemm jiehdu kulur dehbi.
Servi mal-patata l-forn.
