Quiche tal-Ghazz u t-Tadam

Ingredjenti

• Ghagina short crust maghmula b'175g dqiq
• 2 imgharef zejt
• 4 basliet imqatta'
• 2 zkuk karfus imqatta'
• 3 sinniet tewm imqatta' rqiq
• 175g ghazz ahdar
• Bott tadam (400g) imqatta'
• 250ml ilma
• 3 kuccarini tursin imqatta'
• 75g Cheddar vegetarjan
• Kuccarina gunglien



Metodu

Iftah l-ghagina u iksi biha dixx ta' 20cm.
Niggez l-ghagina bil-furketta u kessahha ghal 20 minuta fil-frigg.
Sahhan il-forn.
Iksi l-ghagina bil-foil u poggi fuqha fazola niexfa. Imbghad ahmi l-ghagina wahedha fil-forn ghal tnax-il minuta f'temperatura moderata ta' 200deg. C. jew Gas Mark 6.
Nehhi l-foil u l-fazola, u erga' poggI l-ghagina fil-forn ghal hames minuti ohra.
Sa dan it-tant , sahhan iz-zejt f'tagen u zid il-basal, karfus u tewm u aqli sakemm jirtabu.
Zid l-ghazz, it-tadam bis-sugu taghhom, u l-ilma; itfa' bzar u melh kemm tiggosta.
Ghatti t-tagen u hallih itektek ghal madwar siegha. Ibqa' hawwdu kull tant hin sakemm l-ghazz jirtab. Fl-ahhar hawwad mieghu t-tursin.
Poggi t-tahlita fl-ghagina.
Ferrex il-gobon u l-gunglien fil-wicc u dahhalha fil-forn ghal madwar 15-il minuta ohra sakemm il-gobon jiskura.
Halliha tiksah ftit fid-dixx imbaghad zejjen bit-tadam u t-tursin.
