• 30ml/2 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga,
• 225g/8oz ross
• 120 ml 4fl oz inbid abjad dry,
• 1lt/ pinta u nofs stock,
• Bzar u melh,
• 115g gobon parmiggan, mahkuk,
• 4 bajdiet (free range), separati,
• Zejt biex tidlek id-dixx,
• Tadam imqatta' u tursin ghall-kontorn.



Metodu

Ghalli l-brokkoli ghal 3 minuti, u saffihom mill-ilma.
Qalli l-basla, t-tewm u l-b?aru isfar fiz-zejt ghal 5 minuti sakemm jirtabu.
Hawwad maghhom ir-ross, sajjar ghal minuta ohra, imbaghad zid iz-zejt.
Hawwad it-tahlita u kompli sajjar sakemm il-likwidu jigi assorbit.
Zid l-istokk, bzar u melh, u hallih itektek ghal 20 minuta ohra.
Idlek dixx fond ta' 25cm u iksi l-qiegh b'karta strazza.
Sahhan il-forn fuq Gas Mark 4.
Issa hawwad il-gobon fit-tahlita tar-ross u halli t-tahlita tiksah ghal 5 minuti, imbaghad habbat fiha l-isfar tal-bajd.
Habbat l-abjad tal-bajd fi xkuma u hawwadhom fit-tahlita tar-ross bil-mod.
Poggi t-tahlita fid-dixx u sajjar ghal xi siegha sakemm tihmar.
Halliha tiksah ftit fid-dixx imbaghad zejjen bit-tadam u t-tursin.
