• Mgharfa zejt taz-zebbuga mhabbta ma' kuccarina paprika;
• Kuccarina tursin imqatta'



Metodu

Saffi ic-cicri mill-ilma, poggihom mgharrqin fl-ilma go borma, ghallihom, u hallihom itektku ghal madwar siegha u nofs jew sakemm jirtabu.
Saffihom u erfa' 1/2 pinta mill-istokk.
Itfa' ic-cicri go food processor ma' l-istokk u zid il-kumplament tal-ingredjenti u hawwad sakemm it-tahlita tigi qisha krema.
Servi go dixx baxx, qattar iz-zejt imhabbat mal-paprika fil-wicc u roxx it-tursin.
Servi mal-pitta bread jew galetti.
